After the wonderful enthusiasm and participation of over 60 people from across Australia, we are excited to officially launch Deck the Halls performed by Australia’s first-ever Head and Neck Cancer Virtual Choir.
We were thrilled that so many people from across the head and neck community joined us to help Raise the Voices of people living with Head and Neck Cancer. Many thanks to everyone who personally contributed whether it was singing, clapping, holding up a sign, playing an instrument or dancing. The joy expressed by everyone truly makes this performance incredibly special!
Of course, special thanks go to our choir team for leading, producing and supporting this ambitious endeavour – Darina Chakarova, Choir Conductor All Age Music, Alanna Bowen, Senior Speech Pathologist, Alanna Bowen Speech Pathology and Dillon Viranna, Mixing Engineer.

As a community, we understand the critical importance of providing evidence based information, connection and support. For the 14 people newly diagnosed every day with a type of Head and Neck Cancer the information, resources, advocacy and support Head and Neck Cancer Australia (HANCA) provides is vital.

HANCA is committed to supporting the head and neck cancer community and raising the voices of people living with Head and Neck Cancer but we can only do this with your support. It will also help to strengthen our government advocacy efforts to secure dedicated funding to raise awareness and survivorship support for people living with Head and Neck Cancer.
